Step 1. Complete Inspection

Schedule a complete termite inspection of your home from top to bottom and receive a report with our findings/recommendations.(Avg. inspection fee of $250 for a standard-sized SFR. Fee gets credited toward initial service cost.)

Step 2. Choose Your Initial Service

Choose your initial termite “clear-out” service between whole-home fumigation for drywood termites, full perimeter ground treatment for subterranean termites, or both. The completed report will also provide our recommendation(s). (Initial costs vary based on property size, structure, and type of termite treatment. Prices will be provided in the completed termite report after the inspection.)

Step 3. Stay Cleargate Protected

Choose between our drywood, subterranean, or dual termite protection plan. What’s included? Annual termite inspections to check for signs of any activity. In the unlikely event termites are found in your home, we will provide local termite treatments at no additional cost. (Prepay your annual fee or select monthly payments starting at $29/mo.)
